Messages in the contact form
When visitors leave messages on the site, we collect the data shown in the contact form (inserted name, email, subject, message content) and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The information you provide in the contact form available through the website is sent to the email address of the project coordinator and who is the only party that has access to this information. Visitor messages may additionally be checked through an automated spam detection service.
If you decide to add a new call through the DARE communication and info space, depending on the language of your call, the information is sent to the predefined email address of a project partner speaking the language and who is the only recipient of your information. In case of calls proposed in English and Greek they will be sent for approval to Project Partner K.D.V.M Kainotomia, in German to Project Coordinator Jugend- & Kulturprojekt e.V., in Italian to Project Partner Aforisma s.c.r.l. and in Polish to Project Partner Danmar Computers LLC.
Only after the acceptance of your call, i.e., in terms of type, topic and language appropriateness, will it be available on the site for a larger audience to read.
If you leave a message on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
For the purpose of reporting to the German National Agency of the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, the number of activities through the site, we track the pages that visitors read and the location they are accessed from.
